Do I have to sign up for monthly support?
No. These are one-time projects. You can manage things yourself after handoff, request an update when you need one, or discuss optional ongoing support. Any separate platform or hosting fees still apply.
Can you work with my existing website?
Yes, when your platform and access allow it. Get Found and Get Chosen focus on improving what you already have. If a rebuild makes more sense, we’ll explain why and agree on the scope first.
What does “search” include?
Depending on the package, it can include your Google Business Profile, page titles and descriptions, consistent business information, FAQs, and structured information that helps search engines understand your business. We don’t guarantee rankings, AI recommendations, or customer numbers.
What’s included in ecommerce setup?
Complete Presence includes a starter ecommerce setup with the platform, products, and required features agreed before work begins. Large catalogs, custom integrations, complex shipping, and ongoing store management are not automatically included. Platform subscriptions and payment processing fees are separate.
What do you need from me?
Your business information, services or products, approved photos and branding, and access to the accounts involved. If something is missing, we’ll identify it before confirming the work and timeline.
